It’s official because I say so. Why argue with that? Here’s two great finds regarding typography:

Use of Effective Typography in Logo Design
Yet another one of those lists of “inspiring logo designs,” but it was tough to find one I didn’t like out of this blog post.

Measuring Type
Funny, yet informative, set of pages where the amount of pen ink used in relation to the typeface written in is measured and compared. I’m happy about the winner.

Design Machina: El Site Launcho

Hey, kids. Pretty exciting times, right? This is, of course, the opening post to my new portfolio site. Hopefully, I’ll find the time to update this rather often with site news, stuff that’s interesting to me, and random ramblings. In related news, I’m kinda bummed that I had to put a hyphen in the site’s address (what I was originally going for was already registered), but it’s not a big deal. For some reason I felt like I had to let that out. Hmm.

Important Note: The portfolio is online, but my resume is not. A few revisions are required, and I’ll then post the updated version as soon as possible to the About page.
